Directions from the North on I-5:

1. From 1-5, take the I-105 exit towards Eugene, downtown, U of O exit.
2. On I-105, take the first exit off of the road, which is Coburg Rd / Downtown / U of O.
3. Go across the Ferry Street Bridge.
4. Stay in the Left hand lane that heads toward the U of O, then onto Franklin Blvd.
5. Turn Right on Alder Street (Between Phoenix Inn & The Original Pancake House)
6. Turn Right on East 11th (One Way)
7. Turn right after Hilyard into the Millrace Medical Building, which has a large blue and fuchsia sign.

Directions from the South on I-5:

1. Take Exit 192 (Franklin Blvd/U of O)
2. Turn left on East 11th Ave at left-hand turn signal. Get into the right-hand lane.
3. Go past Hilyard Ave., then turn right into the second driveway, Millrace Medical Center.
4. Sunrise Medical is in Suite #1 downstairs and to the left.

Directions from the West on OR-126:

1. Turn right at S Garfield St
2. Turn left at W 13th Ave.
3. Turn left onto Hilyard Ave. Get into center left turn lane. Turn left onto E 11th Ave, then turn right into the second driveway, Millrace Medical Center.
4. Sunrise Medical is in Suite #1 downstairs and to the left.
