Directions from either the North or South on I-5:

1. From I-5, take Exit 30 and turn east at top of ramp, heading east on Hwy 62-Crater Lake Highway toward Crater Lake/White City.
2. Get in right hand lane, take Biddle Road exit. At bottom of exit, at the light, turn south onto Biddle Rd.
3. Continue south on Biddle Road. Turn Left on McAndrews Street toward Providence Hospital.
4. Continue and turn right onto Crater Lake Avenue.
5. Crater Lake East is the third business on your left, across from the hospital. Make a careful left turn into parking lot. Suite F is in the back right-hand corner.

Directions from the North/East on Hwy 62 (Crater Lake Highway):

1. Just past Aero Road, the highway turns toward the west. After this turn, look for Delta Waters Road. Turn left onto Delta Waters.
2. Turn right onto Crater Lake Avenue.
3. Continue past McAndrews Street, and then make a careful left turn into Crater Lake East parking lot. (It is the third business past McAndrews on your left.)

1. From I-5, take the North exit in Medford, which is Biddle Rd / Crater Lake / K Falls / White City
2. Go East and take the Biddle Rd. exit, going south.
3. Go south on Biddle Road.
4. Keep going South until you reach McAndrews St., going toward Providence Hospital
5. Turn left on E. McAndrews Rd.
6. Turn right on Royal Ave.
7. Take the 2nd right onto Royal Court.
8. Turn into the 1st driveway on the right (brown building / red roof), 897 Royal Ave. #B.
